This session combines Mindful Meditative Movement + Reiki Infused Sound Bath to ease tension, quiet the noise & create a safe SPACE for you to simply receive. Experience the ENERGY of a group session from the comfort & privacy of home. No commute. No parking. No pressure to socialize. Your camera can stay off & your PJs can stay on. Join a scheduled live session with a Single Virtual Group Session or become a Virtual Group Member for a discounted rate + access to all recorded replays. Headphones recommended.
