MEDITATION
It's a technique that's been practiced for thousands of years to help focus the mind & become more aware of the present moment. It involves training your attention to your breath — taking a moment to pause & give yourself SPACE to observe your thoughts.
It reduces stress, improves your focus & self-awareness — it can help regulate emotions, reducing the impact of high-intensity emotions that can drain your ENERGY.


REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique is for stress reduction & relaxation. It's both powerful & gentle - it encourages emotional & physical HEALING.
"Rei" means universal & "ki" means life ENERGY.
It's an unseen life force that flows through all of us!
The practitioner helps to balance the flow of ENERGY within the body to promote self-HEALING & improve overall well-being.
PILATES
It's an exercise method developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. The muscles of all human beings get imbalanced daily because of overuse - Pilates helps to counteract that.
It's designed to strengthen, stabilize & ALIGN the mind-body connection as you flow through movement patterns initiated from the abdominals guided by mindful breathing.


SOUND
Sound is audible ENERGY – since everything is vibrating, sound is everywhere. To create sound, something has to vibrate – which makes the particles in the SPACE around it vibrate.
We experience sound somatically – we can feel the frequency in our bodies through a physical phenomenon – tingling sensations, goose bumps, or feeling it in your gut. Sounds & frequencies affect us tremendously. Listening intentionally is key!
