ENERGY SPACE ® WORKSHOP is a monthly gathering with each session guided by a new theme.

Set your intention with an Oracle Card & move your body mindfully — Unwind your mind & experience a Sound Bath Meditation infused with Reiki ENERGY in a supportive community SPACE.

All levels welcome — come as you are! Bring your favorite comfort items: mat, blanket, eye mask & pillow. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early — late arrivals will not be allowed entry.
