Since everything is vibrating, sound is everywhere. To create sound, something has to vibrate – which makes the particles in the SPACE around it vibrate.​ We experience sound somatically – we can feel the frequency in our bodies through a physical phenomenon – tingling sensations, goose bumps, or feeling it in your gut. Sounds & frequencies affect us tremendously.​ Listening intentionally is key!​ How to Prepare: Turn your volume up & dim your screen. Surround yourself with your crystals, light a candle or have some aromatherapy going. Keep a journal nearby to jot down your experience post session. Have your comfort items; pillow, blanket, or eye mask. I highly recommend using headphones - quality over quantity - this is not a quick fix, but a journey to be enjoyed! Tune in & breathe with me!
