Reset your nervous system in a supportive shared SPACE. Bring your own comfort items: mat, blanket, eye mask & pillow — all levels welcome! Quality over quantity — This is not a quick fix, but a journey to be enjoyed. *** Disclaimer — Pending location: upon event confirmation you'll receive a contract that includes a cartage fee to cover mileage / travel expenses.
In order to schedule a workshop, flat rate payment is made upfront. To avoid being charged, 2 week notice of cancellation is required. Late cancellations will be charged the full amount of workshop.
