Service Description

It's a technique that's been practiced for thousands of years to help focus the mind & become more aware of the present moment.​ It involves training your attention to your breath — taking a moment to pause & give yourself SPACE to observe your thoughts.​ It reduces stress, improves your focus & self-awareness — it can help regulate emotions, reducing the impact of high-intensity emotions that can drain your ENERGY. How to Prepare: Turn your volume up & dim your screen. Surround yourself with your crystals, light a candle or have some aromatherapy going. Keep a journal nearby to jot down your experience post session. Have your comfort items; pillow, blanket, or eye mask. I highly recommend using headphones - quality over quantity - this is not a quick fix, but a journey to be enjoyed! Tune in & breathe with me!


Scheduling Policy: Virtual Sessions can be scheduled 48 hours in advance. 24 hour notice of cancellation is required. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
