Techniques — receive all 4 options below: - Mindful Awareness Meditation - Mindful Pilates Movement - Sound HEALING - Reiki ALIGNING Have your comfort items; pillow, blanket, or eye mask Have your props available; mat, block, & yoga strap _______ How to Prepare: Turn your volume up & dim your screen. Surround yourself with your crystals, light a candle or have some aromatherapy going. Keep a journal nearby to jot down your experience post session. I highly recommend using headphones - quality over quantity - this is not a quick fix, but a journey to be enjoyed! Tune in & breathe with me!
Scheduling Policy: Virtual Sessions can be scheduled 48 hours in advance. 24 hour notice of cancellation is required. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
