HEAL your subtle ENERGY SPACE ® Receive Reiki ENERGY to HEAL your mind & spirit as you're guided through Mindful Meditation techniques. All LIVE sessions will be recorded. You'll receive a Video OnDemand if you can't attend or if the session is VOD ONLY. You'll have access to VOD temporarily for 2 weeks! _______ 2024 Fall Schedule 2nd & 4th Sunday Monthly 7:30 - 8:00pm CT • Oct 27th - LIVE • Nov 10th - VOD ONLY • Nov 24th - LIVE • Dec 8th - LIVE • Dec 22nd - LIVE _______ How to Prepare: LIVE Group Sessions will be recorded - please press "got it" at start of session. Turn your volume up & dim your screen. Surround yourself with your crystals, light a candle or have some aromatherapy going. Keep a journal nearby to jot down your experience post session. You can have your video turned on or off - participate in as much or as little as you feel comfortable. This is not a quick fix, but a journey to be enjoyed!
