Service Description
It's an exercise method developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. The muscles of all human beings get imbalanced daily because of overuse - Pilates helps to counteract that. It's designed to strengthen, stabilize & ALIGN the mind-body connection as you flow through movement patterns initiated from the abdominals guided by mindful breathing. How to Prepare: Turn your volume up & dim your screen. Surround yourself with your crystals, light a candle or have some aromatherapy going. Keep a journal nearby to jot down your experience post session. Have your props available; mat, block, and yoga strap. I highly recommend using headphones - quality over quantity - this is not a quick fix, but a journey to be enjoyed! Are you ready to create ripples that can change your life? Scheduling Policy: Virtual Sessions can be scheduled 48 hours in advance. 24 hour notice of cancellation is required. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
