The combination of these techniques: • Increase body awareness & reduce stress • Stabilize & strengthen mind-body connection • Improve balance, flexibility, & abdominal strength • Promotes a sense of peace, calm, & harmony _______ May include an ENERGY SPACE ® READING upon request. Your practitioner will use oracle cards — Oracle cards hold a bigger ENERGY & give an insight into a greater sense of what is going on within your SPACE. The cards showcase a more flexible approach that's used for personal exploration - meant to inspire your intuition & not control. They embody themes to relay vital information to invite introspection & offer guidance. This way, you’re able to consider your perspective & versatility, which gives you even more insight into your authentic self! _______ How to prepare / equipment: • Mat / Block / Magic Circle • Pillow / Bolster / Blanket • Yoga Strap / Therabands • Keep a journal / jot down experience post session • Participate in as much or as little as you feel comfortable

Cancellation Policy

Scheduling Policy: Virtual Sessions can be scheduled 48 hours in advance. 24 hour notice of cancellation is required. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
