Service Description
Reiki is a Japanese technique is for stress reduction & relaxation. It's both powerful & gentle - it encourages emotional & physical health. "Rei" means universal & "ki" means life ENERGY. It's an unseen life force that flows through all of us! It helps to balance the flow of ENERGY within the body to promote self awareness & improve overall well-being. How to Prepare: Turn your volume up & dim your screen. Surround yourself with your crystals, light a candle or have some aromatherapy going. Keep a journal nearby to jot down your experience post session. Have your comfort items; pillow, blanket, or eye mask. I highly recommend using headphones - quality over quantity - this is not a quick fix, but a journey to be enjoyed! Tune in & breathe with me!
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Policy: Virtual Sessions can be scheduled 48 hours in advance. 24 hour notice of cancellation is required. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
